Biscotti… To Dunk or Not to Dunk?
|
That is the question. Does anyone really know what biscotti is??? Count on More Than Coffee! Lounge, your friendly neighborhood coffee shop, to keep you informed. Biscotti is an Italian treat meant for dunking in wine or coffee. The word biscotti essentially means crunchy. You can find them filled with all sorts of fruits, chunks, chips and even crushed coffee beans. Some are dipped in white or milk chocolate. It might be a little difficult to bite into an authentic Italian biscotti that has not soaked in coffee for a few seconds, however the softer American versions make dunking optional. To Dunk or Not to Dunk...That is the Question. The answer lies within YOU!
